Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled

ITI Technician

with expertise in

hand soldering

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in

PCB assembly, soldering components, and quality inspection

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

hand soldering

of

through-hole and surface-mount components

on PCBs. Inspect and repair soldered joints to ensure

high-quality standards

. Work with

soldering irons, hot air guns, and other related tools

. Read and interpret

circuit diagrams, assembly instructions, and technical specifications

. Conduct

quality checks

and ensure compliance with IPC standards. Assist in troubleshooting

electronic components and assemblies

. Maintain

clean and organized workstations

for efficient operations.

Requirements:

Education:

ITI certification in

Electronics, Electrical, or a related field

.

Experience:

2-3 years in

hand soldering

and electronic assembly. Strong knowledge of

soldering techniques, flux, and ESD protection

. Ability to work with

fine-pitch components and small PCBs

. Familiarity with

safety standards and best practices in soldering

.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in

electronics manufacturing, defense, or aerospace industries

. Knowledge of

IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 soldering standards

. Ability to handle

microscopes and precision tools

for intricate soldering work.
