Location: BangaloreJob Responsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers\' concerns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
\xef\x82\xb7 Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
\xef\x82\xb7 Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective
equipment use.
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
\xef\x82\xb7 Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Cross-domain Engineering Skills for e.g. little knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics to gain competency in designing multi-disciplinary technologiesJob Requirements:\xef\x82\xb7 A degree in ITI or similar.
\xef\x82\xb7 A relevant certificate or license is advantageous.
\xef\x82\xb7 A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
\xef\x82\xb7 The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
\xef\x82\xb7 The ability to remain professional under pressure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Superb work ethic and a growth mind set.
\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of MS Office.
