Job Title: ITI Fitter

Location: Udaipur Rajasthan

We are currently seeking an ITI Fitter to join our team in tool room department.

Responsibilities:

• Reading Blueprints: Interpret and understand engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications to accurately assemble and fit components.
• Assembly and Installation: Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and other parts according to specifications.
• Precision Measurement: Use precision tools, such as calipers and micrometers, to measure and ensure the accurate dimensions of components.
• Machine Operation: Operate various machines, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and welding equipment, to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot problems with machinery or equipment, and perform necessary repairs and adjustments.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of assembled components through thorough inspection and testing.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers, technicians, and production staff, to achieve project goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly details, measurements, and any modifications made.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed ITI Fitter course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute.
• Skills: Proficient in reading technical drawings, using precision tools, operating machinery, and troubleshooting mechanical issues.
• Experience: Practical experience in fitting and assembly work, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting heavy components and working in physically demanding conditions.
