: ITI Fitter

Location: Miraj, Maharashtra

Experience: 0 to 3years

Qualification: ITI(Fitter)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Installation:
• Assist in assembling mechanical components and systems as per technical drawings or specifications.
• Install machinery and ensure that it is set up and functioning according to design standards.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment, including lubricating, cleaning, and replacing worn parts.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery that is malfunctioning or has broken down.
• Perform basic welding, fitting, and other mechanical tasks as required.
• Measurement and Calibration:
• Use precision measuring instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges to check the dimensions of machine parts and ensure they meet specifications.
• Help in calibration and alignment of equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Wear and use appropriate safety gear and encourage others to do the same.
• Report any unsafe working conditions or practices.
• Workshops and Fabrication:
• Operate machinery like lathes, milling machines, drills, etc., for fabricating parts or components.
• Cut, shape, and fit parts for mechanical assemblies.
• Documentation:
• Maintain basic records of maintenance work, machine conditions, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Communicate with senior engineers or supervisors about issues and maintenance schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

License/Certification:

• ITI (Fitter) (Preferred)
