Qualification: ITI(Electrical) or Bachelor's degree

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ITI Fitter with 8-10 years of expertise in machine maintenance, assembly, and site operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical systems, with knowledge of CNC machines being an added advantage. This role requires frequent travel for on-site machine installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery to ensure optimal functioning.

2. Assemble mechanical components and systems as per technical drawings and specifications.

3. Conduct machine installation and commissioning at client sites.

4. Provide on-site support and training for machine operations and maintenance.

5. Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions during site visits.

6. Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.

7. Maintain records of work performed, tools used, and components replaced. 8. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in the Fitter trade.

2. Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults.

3. Knowledge of CNC machines and their maintenance (added advantage).

4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.

5. Ability to work independently and manage on-site projects.

6. Willingness to travel extensively for installations and commissioning.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
