Job Title: ITI Fitter - Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) Equipment Location: Mumbai (Looking for candidates in Mumbai) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Fitter with expertise in Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of HEMM machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability. This role requires hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues in HEMM equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on various types of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems, and execute necessary repairs efficiently.

• Component Replacement:
  • Replace and repair faulty or worn-out components such as engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical parts in HEMM equipment.

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance and repair activities.
  • Adhere to proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials as per industry standards.

• Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support to the maintenance team, assisting in diagnosing complex issues and recommending solutions.

• Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts replaced, and service reports.

• Tool Management:
  • Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop facilities to ensure proper functioning and availability.

• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct quality checks on repaired equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

• ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification or equivalent in Fitter trade.
• Proven experience as an ITI Fitter specializing in Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of HEMM equipment, components, and systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for repair and maintenance.
• Commitment to safety protocols and practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to maintenance schedules.
