Job OverviewRJ Solutions is currently seeking a Fresher for the role of ITI Fitter and Mechanic at our location in Ernakulam. This is a full-time position requiring 0 to 1 year of work experience in related fields. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for mechanical assembly and other related tasks.Qualifications and Skills

• Mechanical Assembly (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Machine Maintenance, including regular inspections and troubleshooting minor issues
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly and repair
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools to maintain quality and accuracy in mechanical work
• Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix operational issues
• Basic welding skills to join metal parts using appropriate techniques
• Competence in equipment calibration to ensure machinery operates within required specifications
• Familiarity with technical drawings and the ability to identify necessary components and procedures

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks as per given blueprints and specifications
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and ensure timely repairs
• Utilize precision measurement tools to confirm the accuracy of assembled components
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime
