About Business line/Function:
Within BNP Paribas, Cardif is responsible for activities at the Insurance branch of the Group.
Cardif OPS is part of BNP Paribas Group IT and is responsible for supporting the IT production environments and activities for the Cardif entitie.
Cardif OPS activities are critical and highly visible. Around 250 applications and 4000 servers are under Cardif OPS responsibility.

Position Purpose: Change Manager (CM)
The change manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and planification of changes and deployment of components within the information system and will play a crucial role in ensuring that all risks are controlled.
The change manager will work under the responsibility of the Cardif Global Change manager (OPS Cardif, domain "Service Management")
Responsibilities
Job main activities:
Control and validate the quality of changes submitted before their execution (schedule, test plan, risk assessment, rollback plan, etc...)
Identify major changes according with group rules
Contribute to the CAB organization
identify the impacts and assess the risks of the transversal/infrastructure changes,
Inform IT teams of upcoming cross changes with a description and the estimated risk level
If necessary, Implement the post-operation testing system in collaboration with technical teams
Responsible for the proper application of the process for all stakeholders of the change management process
Ensuring process support for operational teams
