About the role

Role Description


Lead the management and execution of the lean portfolio governance, portfolio activities and operationalise key aspects of the Product Management framework across the Product Group.


Purpose & Accountabilities


The IT&D Manager, Strategy & Operations will assume a key role within the Strategy & Operations team to help ensure the overall smooth operations of the Group. S/he will work closely with the Product Group team and Supply S&O team.

Your responsibilities

Key Interactions/Stakeholders


• Collaborates with Product Group Directors/ Managers, Data & Analytics Manager, and Solution Architect to embed operational best practices within Product Groups/ Lines to ensure the smooth operations in the Product Stream.


• Collaborates with Product Line Managers and Regional Product Managers to identify opportunities to optimise operations, embed ways of working and extract key reporting information.

• Strong background in transformation, portfolio, project management, demand

• Reporting Tools (e.g. PowerBi)
• SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word), MS Project Online,
• LeanIX, Azure.
