And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you\'ll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the roleThe team provides expertise in the RB IT systems landscape and includes: Functional Experts; Technical Specialists; cross-business skilled Project Managers; Technical Project Managers; Business Analysts and Integration Competency Centre (ICC). There are also Change/Comms specialists and a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to support delivery.The role is responsible for the governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous IT improvement initiatives related to HR Service Management within RB.Your responsibilities

  • Support the development of a blueprint to achieve standardised HR solutions within RB to simplify the change process going forward
  • Govern and enforce the standardised solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to the HR Systems solutions within RB
  • Support the Global HR Systems Lead in identifying opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape
  • Advise and support the BRDs during the business case definition stage to ensure standardisation is maintained
  • Support Business Analysts during business requirements capture to ensure that standardisation will not be compromised by the change
The experience we're looking for
  • 10 + years of experience in implementing and supporting HCM or ITSM suites
  • 3 + years of Expertise in ServiceNow HR Module
  • Knowledge and experience integrating ServiceNow with SuccessFactors
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including, CMDB, Asset Management, Change Management, Custom Development
  • Experience in supporting End to end JTC process including understanding of user provisioning, asset allocation and management
  • Should have knowledge in ServiceNow onboarding, Knowledge Management and Document management modules, and employee service portal
  • Experience with data migration and data management activities in ServiceNow
  • Lead design workshops to gather requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional specifications and design
