And because our work spans so many different businesses, from Research and Product Development to Sales, you\'ll keep learning exciting new approaches.About the roleRole Purpose:We are looking for a proficient Manager - Platform Architect Reckitt Cloud who will be instrumental in guiding the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud platform on Azure/GCP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AZURE/GCP services, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully leading platform engineering teams.Your responsibilitiesArchitecture & Design:

• Create and maintain architectural blue prints for development in AZURE/GCP
• Introduce new services / tools in the AZURE/GCP platform

AZURE Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of AZURE/GCP infrastructure components, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) for efficient and automated deployment processes.

Platform Optimization:

• Implement and optimize platform engineering processes to enhance scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency on AZURE/GCP.

Security and Compliance:

• Work closely with the security team to implement and enforce security measures in AZURE/GCP environments.

The experience we\'re looking forQualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in a lead role overseeing platform engineering on Azure/GCP Cloud Platform. .
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC) tools(Terraform, ARM, Bicep), and AZURE / GCP security best practices.
