Overview:Consilio offers end-to-end legal services & technology platforms bringing together world-class expertise, innovations in technology & data, along with robust workflows within eDiscovery.You will be responsible for the daily logistics and long-term strategic management of our hardware, enterprise applications, and inventory systems used by Consilio, globally. In this role, you will partner with various key personnel to deliver critical solutions and assist in improving business operations and workflow.You are dedicated to advancing knowledge, logistics frameworks, and ITAM (IT Asset Management) processes for our employees. You will lead strategic initiatives, shape policies and procedures for hardware management, and track maintenance/support contracts. This highly visible and high-impact role offers the opportunity to build a new group from scratch and participate in a dynamic, evolving industry. Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

• Work cross-functionally with the IT procurement team and vendors to drive asset tagging and inventorying of IT hardware across our organization.
• Supervise, monitor, and report on hardware deployments, asset procurement, and asset disposals.
• Manage and maintain all relevant records and databases, including maintenance and support contracts, warranties for hardware, and information regarding deployed and in-stock inventory.
• Quickly learn and become a Subject Matter Expert in new software tools related to asset management and logistics.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams for hardware audits and asset reconciliation.
• Oversee the valuation of assets and calculate asset depreciation within our database.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
• Additional ITAM duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Proven experience managing hardware logistics, life cycles, and inventory systems.
• Experience in previous inventory management is required.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new software, becoming a Subject Matter Expert in relevant tools.
• Experience with audits is required.
• Experience with software integrations and APIs is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and improve processes within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strategic thinker who can foresee and plan for global growth of local initiatives.
