xefx82xb7 Experience in ITAM USU Tool (also known as Aspera Smart Track Tool)
will be added advantage.
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
xefx82xb7 Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple
tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
xefx82xb7 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret
data to drive decision-making.
xefx82xb7 Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to create customized
reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to IT asset management.
xefx82xb7 Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to effectively
communicate complex information to diverse audiences in a
clear, concise, and engaging manner.
xefx82xb7 Develop and maintain comprehensive IT asset management
policies, procedures, and documentation in collaboration with
stakeholders.Additional education required unique to this job:
xefx82xb7 Training and Practice in ITIL Foundations, ITIL SAM best practice and
ISO19770 (practitioner in Change, Release, Configuration and Financial
management will be an advantage)
xefx82xb7 SAM and HAM knowledge, CITAM / CSAM / CHAMP certification will be
