Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian and English.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance services.
Requirements:
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Italian with C1 or B2 certification required.
• Fluent in English with C1 or B2 certification required.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic knowledge of customer support tools.
