JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation standards are met.
2. Develop and create new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
3. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation and service.
4. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
5. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
6. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking and food preparation.
7. Collaborate with the Head Chef to plan and execute special events and themed dinners.
8. Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and menu offerings.
9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
10. Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special dietary requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
