Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Italian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for authentic Italian cuisine, a strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques, and the ability to create innovative dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Design and prepare a seasonal menu featuring authentic Italian dishes, including pasta, sauces, meats, and desserts.
• Food Preparation: Oversee food preparation, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ingredient Sourcing: Select and procure fresh, high-quality ingredients, maintaining relationships with local suppliers and markets.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks and assistants, ensuring a smooth workflow and proper training.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, including food storage and sanitation practices.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests when appropriate, providing insights about dishes and receiving feedback.
• Creativity: Experiment with new recipes and cooking techniques to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
