Location : Flexible/work from home

Working hours : Mostly flexible but required to be available between 10 am - 6 pm. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Job description:

Website And Workspace Management

o Develop and maintain all 3 websites of Samayu and its projects - including introducing new features as needed, updating content, publishing blogs, photos, events etc

o Optimise SEO for all websites, making continuous improvements to improve website engagement

o Manage google workspace for all domains

Mailing List and Digital Tools

o Manage mailing list (mailchimp), including adding data from lead gen campaigns, data validation, sending mailers, undertaking A/B testing, working with the content team to optimise mailers, subject lines for improving engagement

o Implement and execute WhatsApp campaign tools to support organizational campaigns.

o Create and present reports on web and mailer analytics, and working on improvements basis reports

IT Support and Technology Enhancement

o Provide IT support to the team, addressing and resolving technical issues.

o On an ongoing basis, review technology use and make recommendations for improvements, including AI tools.

o Conduct necessary trainings for the team to roll out new systems

o Support the content and social media team with IT-related tasks and perform additional IT support tasks as necessary.

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years in web development, digital communications, or IT management.

Proven experience with website management and SEO.

Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace).

Experience with digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, WhatsApp campaigns).

Familiarity with Google Workspace and data analytics tools.

Managing mailing lists and A/B testing.

Problem-solving skills for IT support.

Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Ability to work independently and self-driven
