As part of our team you will be managing a set of transformation projects e.g. datacenter consolidation/closure, and/or migration to public cloud. We are looking for individuals that actively look for ways to automate and simplify complex processes, think ahead to future needs as well as being thorough and detail-oriented, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
Act as Business Partner on operational level, as IT single point of contact for business functional and/or site/regional leaders
Responsible and accountable to clarify escalations, defines together with relevant counterparts the resolution and agrees and follows-up the implementation. Keeps business counterpart updated.
Responsible for driving Investment Commitment proposal preparation and approval, and ensure business case creation for new investments
Responsible for creation of the capability and program roadmap together with the Business owner
Responsible to gather needs and interest for new technology alternatives. Contribute to technology roadmaps for Nokia Enterprise Architecture
Promote IT service offering and identify potential solutions in response to Business needs and/or concerns
Responsible for following up service satisfaction and initiate and contribute to improvement actions
Responsible for establishing new programs/projects with milestone decisions and deliverables
Responsible for prioritizing and managing dependencies between roadmaps/programs/projects

Technical and program management requirements
Project planning and management experience in a global environment
Experience managing large/complex IT infrastructure projects
Experience in traditional IT infrastructure service fundamentals (Datacenters, Operating systems, databases, storage, virtualization, networking)
Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers
