We are seeking an IT Trainer with expertise in Frontend Development, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs, preparing learning materials, and ensuring that students receive hands-on experience with real-world projects. This role requires strong communication and teaching skills to deliver complex technical concepts in an understandable and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular) and other tech stacks.
• Deliver training on Data Science concepts, including Python, R, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.
• Teach AI concepts such as machine learning algorithms, neural networks, deep learning, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Design and develop course materials, tutorials, and practical exercises for learners.
• Provide hands-on training to students, ensuring they grasp both theoretical and practical aspects of each subject.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies and techniques into the training curriculum.
• Assist in managing and mentoring students to help them achieve career goals in IT.

Requirements:

• For Freshers:
• Basic understanding of Frontend Development, Data Science, and AI concepts.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to teach complex concepts in a simplified manner.
• For Experienced Candidates (1-2 years):
• Hands-on experience with Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular).
• Experience in Data Science (Python, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Data Visualization).
• Knowledge of AI concepts and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Previous experience in teaching or training is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with students and colleagues.
• Good understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Certification or courses in Frontend Development, Data Science, or AI (optional).
