Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IT Trainer to deliver training programs in Python , Data Science , and the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these technologies and a passion for teaching and mentoring others in a classroom or virtual environment. This role will involve designing training curriculums, creating instructional materials, and providing ongoing support and guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Development : Create, review, and update training materials, presentations, exercises, and assessments for Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack courses.
• Training Delivery : Conduct engaging training sessions for individuals or groups, using a variety of teaching methods (e.g., lectures, hands-on labs, demonstrations).
• Hands-on Labs : Design and lead practical coding exercises, projects, and case studies in Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack.
• Student Support : Provide personalized coaching and troubleshooting assistance to students to ensure they are mastering key concepts and skills.
• Assessments and Feedback : Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest developments in Python, Data Science, and MERN Stack technologies. Integrate new tools, frameworks, and best practices into training content.
• Collaboration : Work with other trainers, curriculum designers, and subject-matter experts to improve training programs and ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Reporting : Track and report on training effectiveness, including student progress, satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Proven Experience :
• At least 1 years of experience in Python programming, Data Science (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, etc.), and MERN Stack development.
• Strong understanding of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and full-stack web development principles.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
