- A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- One to two years of experience in teaching Full Stack Java development.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Java programming.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Patience and an empathetic approach when working with candidates.
- Ability to adapt training methods to meet individual candidate needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint.
- A passion for skill development and a commitment to making a difference.
