Job Description

An IT Trainee learns and assists with various tasks in the IT department, gaining hands-on experience in the field of information technology. This entry-level position is designed to help individuals build foundational skills and knowledge to advance their careers in IT.

Responsibilities:

Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Help set up and configure computer systems and networks. Provide support to users with IT-related problems. Perform routine maintenance on computers and other IT equipment. Assist with updates and installations of software. Help manage and monitor network systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Mac OS). Basic understanding of computer hardware and software. Good problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
