What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do-

• Drive issue resolution together with the team and utilize the expert network
• Drive technology discussions and innovations. Be the escalation point for technical issues
• Design lifecycle management operation automation and architecture concepts, tools, and processes
• Analyze technical requirements and organize / co-ordinate experts from Enterprise Cloud Services and development and drive those topics to resolution
• Optimize and stabilize the standardization and automation behind customer service requests in a proactive way leveraging analytical tools and capabilities

What you bring-

• Prior experience as a technical/basis consultant, technical project manager, or in infrastructure operations
• Proficiency in automating and optimizing processes
• Good understanding of operational aspects of infrastructure in a cloud environment
• Experience in script programming and automation tools (e.g. Ansible)
• Practical experience with OS operation, upgrades, and security patching

Tech you bring- Proven track record in SLES or RHEL operating system operations
