Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to support the technical operations of our campaign. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that all technology systems run seamlessly, enabling the campaign team to focus on delivering results. This position demands a proactive problem-solver with a commitment to maintaining secure, efficient, and innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support: Provide day-to-day technical assistance to campaign staff, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and resolve IT-related challenges in a timely manner.

System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain campaign devices, servers, and network infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and secure operations.

Cybersecurity: Implement and manage security measures to protect sensitive campaign data and systems, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and access controls.

Equipment Management: Set up, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other equipment for campaign offices and events.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or campaign environment.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.
Familiarity with campaign tool like Vici Dialer.
Ability to work flexible hours
