A tech-savvy individual with knowledge of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.

At Vortex Studios, we're looking for an IT Specialist who can keep our systems smooth, secure, and always a step ahead.

What We're Looking For:

Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, from hardware hiccups to network glitches.

Manage and upgrade systems to support the needs of our creative workflows.

A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure.

Strong communication skills--you can explain complex tech to a non-tech audience.

Ensure secure backup and transfer of crucial media files. Work closely with our creative team to maintain image quality.

Responsibility of a DIT (Digital Image Technician)

On-Set Workflow Management: Oversee data transfer, backups, and media integrity during shoots to ensure every frame is secure and accessible.

Technical Support: Collaborate with the camera and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize camera settings, ensuring the best possible footage.

Post-Production Prep: Organize and manage media assets for seamless handoff to the editing team. Familiarity with video editing software and rendering workflows is a big plus.
