As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. This is a full-time role based in Panchkula. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field 4 to 6 years of experience in IT support or related role Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols Experience with Windows and operating systems Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Roles And Responsibilities Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network related issues Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks Assist in the implementation of IT projects Handle Server system , End point security Note:- Local candidate will be preferred .
