Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals. - Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Diagnose and repair computer systems, printers, and other hardware devices. - Install and upgrade operating systems and software applications. - Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote access. - Respond to user inquiries and assist with resolving IT-related problems. - Set up and maintain computer networks, including routers, switches, and firewalls. - Monitor network performance and ensure its stability and security. - Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses. - Collaborate with other IT staff to implement and maintain IT policies and procedures. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT field. - Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role. - Solid knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues. - Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications. - Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies. - Experience with Active Directory, group policies, and user management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: - Ability to lift and carry computer equipment and peripherals. - Ability to work in confined spaces and climb ladders when necessary.
