Job Title: Technical IT Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions within the IT industry. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top IT talent to meet the company's growing needs.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for open positions.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Stack Overflow), networking, job fairs, and other methods.
• Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and technical assessments.
• Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and communicate with candidates effectively.
• Extend job offers and negotiate salary packages with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep track of active and passive candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, technical assessments).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, Boolean search).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A keen understanding of the IT industry and technical roles.
• Bachelor's degree in B TECH , MCA , MBA and BCA.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a high-growth tech startup or IT consulting firm.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical positions.
