Role :- Technical Recruiter
Experience Level- 2+ yrs
Work Mode:- Remote
Job Location :- Remote
Max Budget :- 12K-15K per month Fix + Incentives
No of days Working- 5 days
Office Timings :- 9:30 AM-6:30 PM
^^ Candidates should have their own laptop to work^^
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter with minimum 2+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
