Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter
Location: Fully Remote
Job Summary: The IT Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions within the organization. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates with the necessary technical skills and cultural fit to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s IT needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidates and recruitment activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in recruiting for IT positions.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles and required skills (e.g., software development, Data Engineering, Digital transformation, systems administration, cybersecurity).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles.
Certifications in HR or recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
