Profile Details

• Should have worked as a senior Full Stack Developer / .NET resource for minimum 6 to 10 yrs.
• 2-3 years of experience will be an in architecting the Full Stack / .NET based enterprise application.
• This position is responsible for Software Development Life Cycle including leading the architecture, design, development, testing and deployment of modernized, enterprise versions of these applications in on-premises and cloud environment.
• The Technical Lead must be highly skilled and recent hands-on experience in the design, development, code, configuration, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• The Technical Lead reports to the delivery manager and is the primary technical interface with the client and the development team.
• Excellent client and team leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with the client, users and the development team is essential.
• Ability to create high quality technical documentation including architecture, requirements and test documentation is a must.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Architecting, designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions.
• Coordinating and cooperating with the client, the project manager the program manager and developers to implement a .Net / Full Stack / SQL Server architecture that utilizes best practices and modernizes existing applications.
• Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines.
• Responsible for following project management / lifecycle development processes and procedures

Desirable Technical Skills

• HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript/JQuery, AJAX
• .Net Core, ASP.Net, C#, VB.Net, ADO.Net, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Database: SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps etc.
