Job Description
IT Technical AnalystDescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of technical specifications for IT systems.
- Assist in analyzing potential solutions and evaluating commercial off-the-shelf products.
- Aid in delivering solution designs while adhering to standards and promoting component reusability.
- Collaborate in creating high-level and detailed designs of infrastructure or applications.
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure adherence to specifications and coding standards.
- Ensure efficiency in build and deploy processes, leveraging automation where possible.
- Provide level 3 support for critical issues.
- Collaborate with IT service providers to ensure outsourced work meets quality, schedule, and security requirements.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Excellent programming skills (Experience/Knowledge of Python will be an advantage).
- Knowledge of any ETL tool and concepts.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake is advantageous.
- Strong collaboration and customer focus skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work effectively.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adopt innovations in digital and technology applications.
