• At least 12 years' experience Product Owner / Product Technical Lead position
• Experience in managing teams of at least 20 people
• Excellent analytical and management skills
• Good general technical skills
• Excellent communication skills

Beneficial skills

• Experience working core banking systems.
• Good functional Financial Services (Banking) / FinTech experience
• Experience in managing organisational change - both technical and from personnel perspective

• Coordinate and strategically advise on Core Banking technical projects
• Manage and mentor resources
• Liaise with senior business and technical resource on project initiation,delivery and identification
• Provide input to technical direction of products and actively participate in project delivery
• Act as escalation point for technical and personnel issues
• Ability to work and co-ordinate with other CITCO Teams and Vendors.
