Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Install and configure software and hardware including but not limited to ERP, IP pbax, CCTV \xc2\xb7 Setup and manage ERPs. Train all staff on ERP implementation. Liaison with vendors on customization and smooth running of ERP. \xc2\xb7 Manage network servers and technology tools \xc2\xb7 Set up accounts and workstations \xc2\xb7 Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements \xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot issues and outages \xc2\xb7 Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls \xc2\xb7 Upgrade systems with new releases and models \xc2\xb7 Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies and software \xc2\xb7 Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies Requirements and skills \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role \xc2\xb7 Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms \xc2\xb7 Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills \xc2\xb7 BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus .
