: IT System Administrator II
We're looking for a tech-savvy IT System Administrator to join our team and provide IT system setup and technical support to our employees. The IT Administrator will be responsible for setting up IT system infrastructure, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, managing our wired and wireless office network infrastructure, and working with internal teams to ensure our IT systems are up-to-date and secure. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of information technology, including hardware, software, and networking.
You will:
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware equipments such as laptops, AV equipment, meeting setup etc.,
• Provide technical support for internal messaging, email platform, internal and external applications etc.,
• Work with HR for onboarding and offboarding users
• Support Identity and Access management for systems including, provisioning, de-provisioning and review of user privileges
• Troubleshoot, and resolve IT support issues of internal users raised on the ticketing system.
• Work with vendors and service providers in resolving IT issues such a Telecom equipment provider, Wi-fi hardware vendor etc.,
• Monitor network and system performance, including network security and security logs
• Be the IT liaison for new hires, assist to create accounts and set up hardware for new hires across all operating geographies
• Support staff with meetings and events over Zoom, Google Meet etc.,
• Train users on new hardware and software
• Support with documenting and managing IT policies, procedures and guidelines
• Support users across multiple timezones

You Are:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking or other related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of IT support engineer related work experience
• Good working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Experience supporting hardware and software issues on Mac and PC (Windows)
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking protocols and setup, such as ethernet, wireless network, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN would be preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal and external teams
