Role/ Position - IT System Administrator

Job Location - Chandigarh IT Park

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, including databases, computer equipment, firewalls, networking (LAN, WAN), CCTV Cameras, malware, and software and hardware.
• Good experience in Active Directory with Windows Server and Operating System.
• Cloud server management (oracle, NxtGen, G-suite and O365 admin Portal)
• AWS Management and AV Server management
• VM Ware Installation and Management
• Backup management, NAS management, System management
• Centralized hosting management
• Backup management cloud and local
• Collaborate with IT staff to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of all systems.
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues.
• Monitor the system daily and respond promptly to any security breaches or usability concerns.
• Perform regular backups of systems and conduct system upgrades as needed.
• Assist in the integration of new applications and technologies into the current system.
• Manage Software tools, licenses and upgrades across all environments.
• Able to solve user problems and document the solutions.
• Desktop Support-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, IT helpdesk, remote support etc.
• Advance troubleshooting skills and resolution
• Ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.
• Root Cause Analysis.
• IT procurement, internet, MPLS
• Open-source OS Ticket management

Experience - 4+Years

Qualification -

• Bachelors in Computer / IT
• Diploma in Computer / IT
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or MCSA will be highly regarded

Working hour - 2pm to 11pm (Monday to Friday)

Language - English, Hindi
