Location: Bangalore
Role: 3+ years of experience

• Troubleshooting knowledge on Windows and Mac operating systems
• Basic knowledge of computer/laptop hardware and components.
• IT Asset inventory knowledge and coordinating with vendors for warranty replacements, material inward/outwards of IT materials
• Onboarding and off-boarding of employees
• Experience using admin consoles for directories (G Suite, Okta, etc).
• Basic Knowledge on remote device management Jamf , Intune or Any MDM tools
• Troubleshoot basic network issues
• Understanding of basic security best practices
• Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Mandatory skills:

• Familiarity in Mac administration is a MUST
• Experience in using an MDM tool like Jamf,Intune ,etc
• Experience with Networks, Firewalls
• Experience with SSO solutions like Okta, Onelogin etc

Additional responsibilities:

• General mac and windows maintenance
• Coordinating with vendors
• Asset management
