Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to help manage and troubleshoot the company's technology. You will assist with computer issues, network problems, and other technical tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help employees with computer, software, and network issues.
• Set up and maintain computers and other tech equipment.
• Install and update software.
• Manage company data backups and security.
• Ensure all systems are running well and securely.
• Troubleshoot and fix technical problems.
• Assist with network maintenance and updates.
