Monday to Friday
Experience: 1 year to 4years
Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
1. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
2. Should have knowledge regarding Operating system,installation of operating system
3. Vendor Management and inventory management
4. Should have knowledge to download software like Skype, Android Studio, Xampp etc
5. Handle hardware issue like Blue screen issue, recovery of data etc
6. Maintains system capability by testing computer components.
7. Documents hardware and software updates.
8. Installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems.
Requirements:
1. Associate's degree or above in computer science, information systems, or related field
2. Prior experience working on a Helpdesk, in IT, or similar technical function
Prefer candidate from IT- Sector
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Noida 63
Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
