Job Description

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones Analyze staff needs, and boost efficiency and accuracy Execute systems and network design, documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues Ensure the CCTV system functions effectively in recording & storing video footage.

Required skills and qualifications

Two years of experience in IT Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Preferred skills and qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science Project management experience Professional certification Female candidate preferred
