Should be responsible for looking after all the computer systems across the organization by all means2. Should be responsible for Computerized system validation3. Should support in E-Archive of all the soft copies with Archivist.4. Should verify n check the condition of all the soft copies archived at regular interval with support of archivist5. Should be responsible for maintaining all the digital tools viz. PCs, CCTV Cameras, Internet, LAN, Computerized systems(for IT related supports)etc.6. Should be responsible for ensuring regular back up of all data on servers7. Should maintain all system password their updating check etc.8.Should ensure implementation of OECD document no 17 ( Application of GLP Principles to Computerised Systems)9.
