We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our IT department, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimising our digital infrastructure in our Bangalore office.

### Responsibilities

• Manage device enrollment to MDM systems and facilitate user onboarding to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for Mac and Windows operating environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to minimise disruption and ensure optimal productivity.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meeting rooms to support seamless operations.
• Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues promptly.
• Maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, access points, switches, and VPNs.
• Conduct regular audits of IT assets and manage inventory effectively.
• Collaborate with vendors for IT procurement activities.
• Develop and update documentation for IT policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
• Generate reports on system performance, network health, and storage utilisation.
• Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

### Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in IT Support/Helpdesk
• Proficiency with MDM tools such as Intune and JAMF.
• Hands-on experience with MacOS and Windows.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of compute monitoring tools.
• Previous experience in Zoom/Teams management is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
