• CPU Load above 50% for average 10 or more
• Physical memory - less than 3% available warning
• Hard drive free less - monitoring each drive independently (C, D, E, etc.) (Large vs. Extra Large different %)
• Hard drive Management (ex. Increase space timely)
• Weekly report by server the amount of total space, used capacity, free space, free space %
• Microsoft updates
• SQL updates
• Manage firewall.
• Manage ISP
• Active Directory
• sFTP setup and configuration
• VPN setup and configuration
• Backups
• DR monitoring & testing with site-site replication
• Certs
• 24 Hour on-call with service
• System Monitoring
• Sending notification if unable to fix
