Escalate complex technical issues to second- or third-level support teams when necessary to ensure quick resolution.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of issues, resolutions, and service requests within the IT service management system.
Assist in user account management, including password resets, access requests, and permissions changes.
Offer basic training and guidance to users on IT best practices, ensuring they have the necessary tools to use technology effectively.
Follow established processes and contribute to the improvement of the internal knowledge base.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security guidelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
