We boldly go.Job Summary:\xc2\xb7 Provides advanced break/fix support (PC\xe2\x80\x99s/Personal Printers/Multifunction Printers/faxes/legacy phone systems).\xc2\xb7 Perform on-site, repair and/or installation of computers.\xc2\xb7 Providing technical support to Internal customers on operational or maintenance aspects of equipment.\xc2\xb7 Performing general maintenance tasks and resolves problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.\xc2\xb7 Diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures, using established procedures.\xc2\xb7 Aligns business needs to IT hardware and network capabilities.\xc2\xb7 Supports business/sector specific IT infrastructure and hands on activities.\xc2\xb7 Identifies opportunities to leverage and improve use of IT infrastructure.\xc2\xb7 Develops improvement recommendations to optimize service delivery.\xc2\xb7 Participate and contribute to asset optimization.Key Competencies:

  • Hands on experience in troubleshooting Windows based (multiple versions) laptops / Desktops.
  • Working knowledge of Incident management ITSM platform, preferably ServiceNow
  • Basic knowledge of computer networks, Servers, Linux.
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, Ability to explain key processes and procedures, to communicate well in a team setting.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform with minimal supervision.

  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in providing onsite technical support.
  • BE/B.Tech/BSc/ Diploma in computer science or any related field
