Job Description
• Supporting Team in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
• Providing technical support across the company. (This may be in person or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Testing Hardware's working and its efficiency.
• Working with team members to improve and provide good output.
• Taking care of hardware's and systems and shifting as per requirements.
• Visiting vendors and office locations
Education: Any Bachelors (B.tech) with good knowledge in IT and Systems.
Technical skills: Good in system and Hardware managing and repairing.
Any diploma or certification in computers (hardware and software) will be added advantage.
Experience 6 months - 1 year in relevant work profile.
Languages : Telugu, English and Hindi.
Location : Narayanguda Hyderabad.
Working days and Hours : Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
