Requirement * Experience: 2-5 Years in IT Infrastructure, Architecture, Hardware Networking & Troubleshooting, System Administration

• Experience in Implementing & Handling ERP [ Preferred ]
• Educational Qualification : BE Preferable - Computer / Electronic / Telecommunication

• IT Inventory Management
• Maintenance and Upkeep of All IT Infrastructure
• Identify Scope and Develop of New IT Infrastructure and Automation Across Production and User Points
• Keep Organization Update on Latest IT Utilities and Relevant Technology Advancement
• IT Vendor Management and Procurement SOP
• Establish SLA for Internal Services
• Prepare and Manage IT Budget
• Team Development and IT Training to Upskill Users
• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity to ensure optimal network performance.
• Monitor network performance and identify issues using monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide on-call support for network-related incidents and resolve issues promptly.
• Implement network security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of security protocols to protect company data and network infrastructure.
• Monitor for potential security threats and respond to incidents as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations, topologies, and network inventories.
• Prepare regular reports on network performance, incidents, and security events.
