Job Description
Qualification:- 1) Graduate / 3 years Diploma from Polytechnic in the field of IT/ Computer Science/ Computer
Application.
2) Minimum 2 years of work experience handling help desk operations
3) Experience in ULB projects will be preferred
Resource must be efficient in AutoCAD, Building Plans drawing Knowledge.
IT Support Helpdesk - with 2-3 yrs of experience
Must have experience in solving customer queries.
Handling L1 queries.
Resolving software issue
Skills - Troubleshooting , outlook configuration, software installation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?265,000.00 per year
