Job Title: IT Support Engineer Job Summary: The IT Support Engineer is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the organization\'s IT systems and providing technical support to end-users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network infrastructure, and implementing Procedure. 1. Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively. 2. System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as system updates, software installations, and hardware upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security of IT systems. 3. Network Administration: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, Dialer, firewalls, and wireless access points. Configure network settings and troubleshoot connectivity issues as needed. 4. User Management: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various IT systems and applications. Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT team members, including system administrators, network engineers, and developers, to resolve complex technical issues. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for hardware/software procurement, maintenance, and support contracts. Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and escalate unresolved issues as needed. 8. Dialer and Telephonic Server Handling experience. 9.
