Job Title: IT Support Executive

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Executive to join our team at Aashakiran IVF Pvt Ltd, Kharar Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our IT systems and infrastructure. Your duties will include managing hardware and software issues, ensuring network connectivity, and assisting staff with IT-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently.

- Maintain and update IT equipment and systems.

- Assist with the installation and configuration of new software and hardware.

- Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.

Qualifications: Minimum Diploma

Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
